Marta is originally from Spain, a country she loves and regularly visits. She graduated as a MSc Civil Engineer, specialising in logistics and transportation systems yet since early on she pursued a passion for business and the investment world which lead her to start her professional career in Private Equity. She has worked with some of the most interesting teams in Europe, learning from hospitality pioneers, retail experts and technology entrepreneurs. Her professional life has developed amongst highly operational investments – from setting up and growing a pan-European retail platform to restructuring a manufacturing business.

After 13 years in Private Equity, Marta decided in 2022 to leverage on her professional experience to do what she enjoys the most – find ways to improve people’s life through operational excellence, thoughtful design and a customer-centric drive. The backbone of any business or new partnership that Marta decides to enter needs to reflect what she has gathered as driving principles for life – trustworthiness, analytical rigour and a conviction to achieve a common goal through alignment and investment acumen.

In her personal life, Marta loves to travel and is particularly fond of nature and low-key time with her family and closest friends. When she can scratch some time – a luxury she can’t often afford! - she enjoys getting lost in the streets of London, Barcelona or Paris where she finds inspiration through stunning architecture old and modern.
